Using microsystem technology for sensor manufacturing allows for highest precision and small feature-sizes. This becomes visible in minimal distortions of the magnetic field and its homogeneity across the entire active sensor or detector volume. Using lithography, additive manufacturing processes and other technologies, Voxalytic develops and manufactures RF components used as NMR detectors and other sensors.
